Book Launcher Pro provides digital services and immediate-access products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

 

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect plan selection

  • Failure to use the service

  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription

 

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun

  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

 

3. Lifetime / One-Time Purchases

  • Lifetime or one-time purchases are non-refundable

  • Access is granted immediately upon payment

 

4. Faulty Services (Australian Consumer Law)

You are entitled to a refund or remedy if:

  • The service has a major fault

  • The service does not function as described

  • We fail to provide the service with due care and skill

If a major fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A refund, or

  • A repair or replacement, where appropriate

 

5. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • User error

  • Internet or device issues

  • Third-party platform outages beyond our control

However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical problems.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Australian Consumer Law, contact us within 14 days of the issue occurring:

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider.
