3. Accounts and Access

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout)

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date

Lifetime / One-Time Purchase Plans

  • Lifetime access grants ongoing access to the platform as it exists and evolves

  • “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases.

 

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

 

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, suitability, or outcomes

  • Templates

  • Plans

  • Workflows

  • Branding

is owned by Book Launcher Pro unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Use materials for your personal or business use related to your own books

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute platform materials

  • Use content to create competing products or services

 

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the platform.

By using Book Launcher Pro, you grant us permission to:

  • Store and process your content for service delivery

  • Use anonymised data to improve our services

 

9. Availability and Changes

We may:

  • Add or remove tools

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions.
